I have a first degree in Psychology and Philosophy (Warwick University) and a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Regent's College, London). Until 2017 I was a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, but resigned this status due to the costs in time and money involved.
